It all started when I noticed how many people around me family, friends, neighbors often complained about how hard it was to book a doctor’s appointment. Some didn’t know which doctor to choose, some didn’t know how to check available times, and others just gave up because the process was slow and confusing.
I wanted to explore: how can we make this easier?

I gathered all the insights and clearly defined the main problem: booking doctor appointments is often confusing, slow, and inconvenient for patients.

I brainstormed ideas and features that could solve this problem, such as a simple doctor search, easy booking flow, clear schedules, and reminders.
4. Prototype
I created wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to bring the ideas to life and show how the app would look and work.
